How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the product type.
Custom-colored or handmade wigs may take longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final.
However, if you experience an issue with your product or service, please reach out via email, DM, or text. We're committed to customer satisfaction and will work toward a fair resolution.
How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked through our official booking link, available on our social media platforms and website.
A $20 deposit is required within 2 hours of booking to confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following:

Apple Pay (contact directly)
Cash (for in-person drop-offs and services only)
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
If it's been more than 14 business days and you haven't received tracking, contact us with your order number and full name.
Can I drop off hair for a custom unit?
Absolutely. For handmade wig drop-offs, a $20 cash deposit is required at the time of drop-off.
Please schedule through our booking system and communicate directly to confirm timing.
Do you offer install services?
Install services are currently available on a limited basis.
