Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Custom or colored units may take longer depending on complexity.

• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

• Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

• We use USPS for domestic shipping within the United States.

• Shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

• Please check your email inbox or spam folder before contacting us about tracking.

• If 14 business days have passed and you still haven’t received tracking information, contact us at:
  allhairslaysllc@gmail.com with your full name and order number.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.
