ALLHAIRSLAYS LLC POLICY
Please read carefully before placing an order or booking an appointment.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the product. Some custom items may take longer. Once processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your email before reaching out directly.
If it’s been more than 14 business days and you haven’t received a tracking email, please contact me via email. Be sure to include your order number, first and last name. Kindly allow 48 hours for a response, as I manage all orders personally.

Booking an Appointment

All appointments must be booked through my official booking link, available on all social media platforms and the ALLHAIRSLAYS website.

A $20 deposit is required within 2 hours of booking to confirm your appointment.
Please include your name and appointment date in the payment description.

Apple Pay (contact directly for info)
Cash (only accepted for wig drop-offs or in-person services)

Note: I am currently accepting a limited number of install services. Please contact me directly before booking any install appointments.

In-Person Wig Drop-Offs & Services

If you are dropping off bundles to be handmade into a unit, a $20 deposit in cash is required at the time of drop-off — no exceptions.

For all other in-person services (such as styling or color services), a 50% deposit of the total service cost is due before the service, and the remaining 50% is due immediately after the service is completed.

All in-person services must be paid in cash only.

No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, if you experience any issues with a service or product, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email, DM, or text. I’m committed to customer satisfaction and always open to working toward a fair resolution.
