At ALLHAIRSLAYS, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order or booking an appointment.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our custom wig units, hair extensions, and beauty services, all sales are final. This includes but is not limited to:

• Custom handmade wigs

• Virgin and raw hair bundles

• Ready-to-wear wigs

• Haircare products

• Styling or coloring services

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Service Adjustments

While refunds are not provided, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience an issue with a product or service, please reach out to us directly:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, including:

• Appointment bookings

• Handmade wig drop-offs

• In-person styling services
