Terms of service

ALLHAIRSLAYS LLC – Terms of Service

Effective as of January 1, 2025

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services, purchasing products, or booking appointments with ALLHAIRSLAYS.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Overview

ALLHAIRSLAYS is a beauty brand specializing in custom wig units, human hair extensions, coloring services, and select styling appointments.
We also offer in-person drop-off services for handmade wigs and select installs.

2. Appointments & Services

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our official booking link, available via social media and our website.

  • A $20 deposit is required within 2 hours of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Accepted deposit methods: Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash (for in-person drop-offs only).

  • No-shows or failure to pay the deposit will result in automatic cancellation.

For Handmade Wig Drop-Offs:

  • A $20 cash deposit is required when dropping off bundles in person.

In-Person Styling or Color Services (Excluding Installs):

  • A 50% deposit of the total service cost is required upfront.

  • The remaining 50% is due in cash immediately after service is completed.

  • All in-person services must be paid in cash only.

Install Services:

  • I am currently accepting a limited number of install services.
    Please contact me directly before booking to confirm availability.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the product type.
    Custom or colored units may take longer.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email.
    Please check your email before contacting about your order.

  • If you have not received tracking information after 14 business days, contact us with your order number and full name.

4. Payment Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure services.

  • Payment methods include:

    • Zelle: 973-803-6425

    • Apple Pay (contact directly)

    • Cash (for in-person drop-offs and services only)

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • If there is an issue with your product or service, please contact me directly via email, DM, or text to discuss a resolution.

  • I am committed to customer satisfaction and open to resolving any reasonable concerns.

6. Client Expectations

  • Please arrive on time to all appointments.
    Late arrivals may result in service adjustments or cancellations.

  • Maintain communication, especially regarding deposits or appointment changes.

  • Be honest about your hair history and expectations to ensure the best results.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, products, and designs created by ALLHAIRSLAYS—including but not limited to custom units, color formulas, and visuals—are the intellectual property of ALLHAIRSLAYS and may not be duplicated or resold without permission.

8. Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to ALLHAIRSLAYS’ Terms of Service and Policies.
